INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons lite soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 cups cooked thin spaghetti noodles
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red pepper
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots
- 1/4 cup minced scallions
- 1/4 cup bean sprouts
- Red pepper flakes
DIRECTIONS
In a small saucepan, combine the peanut butter, soy sauce,
sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Bring the mixture to a
boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for 3 minutes.
Combine the remaining ingredients and pour the hot
peanut sesame dressing over the pasta vegetable mixture.
Serve immediately, or chill and serve cold.
